Attended church this morning. Sang this song which has not be sung for a long, long time. Such a beautiful song to remind myself on His great love.

Think about His love
Think about His goodness
Think about His grace
That brought us through.

For as high as the heaven above
So great is the measure of our Father’s love
Great is the measure of our Father’s love.

How could I forget His love?
How could I forget His mercy?

He satisfies, He satisfies
He satisfies my desire.

Great is the measure of our Father’s love.

Just gotten to know her 11 days, and she is borrowing $50 from me.  Reason is to pay for her sis-in-law’s medical fees. Urgent and promise to repay by month-end. Shall I?

Maybe she is lying. Maybe it is not for medical fees. Maybe it is for something else. But what if it is true? What if it is really urgent? Hhhmm….

sky_is_falling_sheldon.jpg Yippee…I am catching up much better in my reading.

The Sky is Falling by Sidney Sheldon.

As usual, those you think are good ones are actually the bad ones. Continue to read in order to know how and why it happened.

Am currently reading Angela’s Ashesby Frank McCourt. His first book before ‘Tis and Teacher Man. Though only read a quarter of it, I have decided to keep this book and not going to sell it back to the 2nd hand book store. The other three by Sheldon and Koontz will be returned to the store. And oh… I am looking forward to visit the store again. This week!

Yesterday I dreamt that I went home. In the dream, I was driving and my passengers were mad with me. I was driving at the wrong side of the road! I was confused. Left or right?

After working a few months here… whenever I meet a person whom I wanted to trust, I quickly remind myself to be careful. Trust no one fully. No matter how this person seems to be genuine, honest, helpful, supportive, … just name any good attributes, still… don’t trust anyone FULLY. Expectation must be lowered, if not, disappointment would be great.

Gone are the days of supportive working environment. Teamwork? Nah. Is a dog-eat-dog world out here. Either you are one of the politician or a follower. I have no preference,  as long as I am in the Neutral Party. The party that I wish exist or mabye I shall start one! Sigh.

if-you-could-see-me-now.jpg If You Could See Me Now by Cecelia Ahern.

As much as I can remember, this is the first book that I skimmed through without any guilt  = P. Maybe I did that to a few other books, but I can’t remember when was the last time and which book was that. No doubt, the story would make a very great touching story and may even get into many of our “Favourite Movie Of The Year” list, but… yeah… the writing is too descriptive till it slows the story so much. But I think if one wants to learn flowery words, this book would be wonderful. Er, this is just a personal opinion, which is not professional, of course.

Basically the whole story is about relationships ~ family, friend, community etc. Though I skimmed through, I was touched at the last quarter.
